Young artists supported by Sound Connections and INNER FIRE Show reflect London in all its diversity and many face challenging circumstances in their daily lives. Their musical interests range from urban to rock, classical to dance, mainstream to alternative.

Lorin is a Scottish singer, a strong, determined star of tomorrow, with bags of kick ass attitude and twice as much talent to boot. She began singing at the age of fourteen. At 17, the first stage of her lifelong dream came true. Flying to New York she attended the New York School Conservatory for Film & Television. She then moved to London, studying vocals and for a BA in songwriting in London’s Tech Music School.

Lorin is a huge believer in the philosophy; to thine oneself be true, and this reflects in each and every lyric she sings. Her resolute belief, helps her connect more deeply with the music, every track has a meaning. From the first word of the first verse to the powerhouse emphatic chorus.

With a haunting voice and timeless vocals, Lorin is destined to send a spine tingling shiver down the music industry’s back.

In 2016, Lorin released her Debut single ‘Soldier That I Am’, which gained great support especially in her hometown. This track channels determination and empowerment. http://www.lorinofficial.com/

Her musical style has been described as ‘beautifully dark pop’- fusing hard hip hop sounding drums, crisp and cut vocals, strings and a classical piano piece that is usually present at the end of her songs.
NYNA has played the piano since the age of 5. She started writing modern classical music at the age of 12, and a few years later started songwriting. She grew up listening to classical music, Barbra Streisand, Madonna and Nirvana, and draws on these influences alongside newer influences such as Lana Del Ray, London Grammar, and Sia. https://soundcloud.com/itsjustnyna

FABER is an electrifying singer-songwriter from South London, who fuses soulful vocals with rocky edge, nodding to the sounds of Beyoncé and Skunk Anansie.

Immersed in the world of music from a young age, Faber’s passion blossomed through playing the violin from age 6, and this desire has matured though attending Italia Conti Associates.

As a child, Faber has performed in numerous venues and theatres, developing a sense of theatricality, which she brings to every performance.

FABER’s debut EP ‘I AM…’ released in early 2018 is packed with soft ballads, rocky riffs and delicate spoken word, catching the attention of many industry professionals – including Alex Baker from Kerrang! radio, and Jay London from Capital Xtra.

The same year saw FABER reaching the quarter finals of the Hot Vox New Blood competition – the grand prize being able to perform at the Isle of Wight Festival. https://www.sheisfaber.com/
